SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep track on the progress of your delivery.

Please note: tracking information will be updated online within two (2) business days after your order has been shipped.

We will deliver you goods to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.

The standard shipping time is 3 – 5 business days. For expedited delivery service, please contact us at [email protected] for rates.

Delivery days are estimated only and are not guaranteed. We will always try to deliver your goods within our estimated delivery times but the actual delivery times are sometimes out of our control.  Accordingly, unless you and we specifically agree otherwise, the delivery deadline for the goods is not essential.   

We normally deliver all items in a multiple product orders together. However, sometimes your order might be split into separated deliveries to allow us to process and deliver your products more efficiently. 

If we fail to deliver within the estimated delivery time, and you have not agreed to a new period for delivery, you may cancel your order, with any payment refunded.

Duties and Taxes

Shipping to United States

Sales tax will be added for taxable items in deliveries to any destination in USA. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped.

Shipping to Canada (Coming Soon)

Currently, we do not offer shipping to Canada. However, our products are available through various retailers in Canada. We encourage you to purchase from these authorized distributors. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Shipping to Mexico (Coming Soon)

Currently, we do not offer shipping to Mexico. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we are working towards expanding our shipping options in the future. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
